Nathan is a non-profit conservation and agricultural leader with 26 years of fundraising, education, communication, and program development experience. His strengths are particularly strong in facilitation, communications, and the building of multi-partner collaborative projects. Nathan is passionate about landscape regeneration through combination of land preservation, culture building, and working lands practices. He is a team builder who never stops learning. Nathan will share his first three weeks at JDCF with executive director, Steve Barg, before Steve’s planned retirement on July 10.
