JDCF is seeking a full-time Director of Ecological Restoration based out of our state-of-the-art stewardship shop in Elizabeth, IL. This position is responsible for ensuring the success of JDCF’s ecological restoration programs on lands owned by JDCF, partner conservation organizations, and private landowners. This includes supervisory duties, program administration, and direct implementation of certain program areas. The position also includes the supervision of other Land Stewardship Program employees, including four to six permanent staff positions, and may occasionally also supervise temporary work crews and interns.  A full job description can be found here: Director of Ecological Restoration job description 2024.
