JDCF seeks an Ecological Restoration Lead Specialist to work with our Driftless Stewardship Initiative located in the scenic Driftless Area of northwest Illinois. We’re looking for a motivated individual who can help lead our stewardship and restoration work with integrity, collaboration, creativity, and insight. The Lead Specialist works closely with the Director of Ecological Restoration, ecological restoration crew members, and private landowners to steward natural heritage and Indigenous cultural heritage on public and private conservation lands throughout the region.
