DESCRIPTION:Join us throughout 2024 as JDCF programs celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge.   \nBegin the exploration by attending the 40th Annual Bald Eagle Watch. It is sponsored by the Savanna District of the Refuge\, which runs from Dubuque\, IA\, to Rock Island\, IL\, and borders Jo Daviess County. Programs at Lock #13 in Fulton\, IL and Clinton Community College in Clinton\, IA\, will feature lectures\, videos\, stories and live birds of prey.
