SUMMARY:Dark Sky Stargazing at Big Sky Nature Reserve
DESCRIPTION:Because of the popularity of our annual Meteors on the Mound star gazing event in August\, JDCF and the Galena Astronomical Society are co-hosting an additional dark sky event this summer.  Join us at the Main Lot of the of the Big Sky Nature Reserve for family-friendly activities as well a presentation by an expert astronomer. Amateur astronomers will have telescopes onsite so that participants can view various heavenly bodies. If you have a telescope\, please bring it along.  This is the only time the preserve is open after dark and so it is a special occasion. Suggested donation of $10/person or $25/family.
