Recorded Webinar: The Historic & Conservation Perspectives of the Dvorak Addition to Apple River Canyon

This spring, JDCF completed our largest land acquisition to date – the 334-acre Dick Dvorak Addition to Apple River Canyon. To highlight this important acquisition, we hosted a live webinar last week. Dr. Daryl Watson, historian, educator, and former Executive Director of the Galena-Jo Daviess County Historical Society and Museum provided historical perspective. For conservation perspective, we heard from George Bellovics, Landscape Architect for the northwestern region of the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR). We hope you enjoy the presentation!
