Public Viewing of a Prescribed Burn – RSVP Required

You are invited to observe a prescribed burn tentatively scheduled for 10:00 AM, Wednesday April 12th, 2017 at Casper Bluff Land and Water Reserve. Casper Bluff is located at 870 South Pilot Knob Road Galena, IL. 61036.  Parking will be just after the bridge in the grass field to the right. A short walk up the hill on the road to the kiosk area will be required. Those with mobility issues can be dropped off up top in the gravel parking lot. The event is  free to attend, but RSVP’s are required via email to info@nulljdcf.org. Because weather conditions must be precise, the date will be subject to change. Those who have signed up to attend will be kept apprised by email.
