Thursday Field Trips

Many birders look forward to our field trips on Thursdays during spring and fall migratory seasons. The birders usually meet at 9 AM and have lunch together before they are through for the day. Contact info@nulljdcf.org if you’d like your name added to the birders’ email distribution list. This will give you directions to each weeks birding location as well as car-pooling information.

Experience Gateway Park – A Walking Tour

Galena Gateway Park

Join JDCF and Field Museum staff for a guided tour of Gateway Park.  The walk will take place on mowed trails over rolling terrain.  We will meet in the parking lot off of Powderhouse Hill Rd at 1:00 PM.  The event is free and RSVP’s are not required.

Public Presentation on Archaeological Findings at Wapello
