Open Position – Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant

JDCF has an immediate opening for a full-time Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant.  This position supports the functions of the Executive Director in a manner that promotes efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism and ensures the organization of financial records and clarity in reporting. This position is full-time salaried and reports to the Executive Director. Qualified candidates will have:

  • At least four years prior administrative and bookkeeping experience
  • Ability to handle fiscal information with sensitivity and integrity
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines while multi-tasking
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team framework
